Clients are expected to use resources responsibly. Excessive use of CPU, RAM, or bandwidth may result in throttling, suspension, or upgrade requirements.

9. Uptime Guarantee

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime on our hosting services. However, scheduled maintenance or unexpected issues may affect this. We are not liable for any downtime-related losses.

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own data backups. While we may offer backup services, we do not guarantee the availability or integrity of backed-up data.
